It suggests a sense of urgency and conviction as Christ-centered followers move intentionally to make an eternal impact for the Kingdom. Things are happening, lives are being changed and we become more and more excited about being the church God has called us to be. Movement will then generate momentum.
I trust we all want to be part of a church that is gathering momentum and making a redemptive impact on our community and on our immediate relationships.
As we enter a potentially exciting new decade, I pray we are ready to pick up speed and rise to this new challenge. As we commit ourselves to this movement we will together seek God’s insight on how that looks for us as a church.
During this next season, there will also be supporting resources to read within the context of a life group over a 6 week period. This will be a significant time as God sets us up for a fruitful season with outcomes that will grow the church and subsequently the Kingdom.
